<2yrs: do not use. 2–5yrs: 5mL. 6–11yrs: 10mL. Repeat every 4 hours as needed. Max 6 doses/24hrs. |

Within 14 days of MAOIs. |
| Precautions |
|
Asthma. Lower respiratory disorders. Cardiovascular disease. Hypertension. Diabetes. Thyroid disease. Sodium-restricted diet. |
| Interactions |
|
Hypertensive crisis with MAOIs. β-blockers may increase the pressor response of sympathomimetics. Antagonizes antihypertensives. |
