<6 yrs: not recommended. 6–12 yrs: initially 2.5mL, then 2.5–5mL at least 4 hrs apart; max 30mL/day. |

5mL after meals and at bedtime at least 4 hrs apart; max 30mL/day. |
| Contraindications |
|
Increased intracranial pressure. Respiratory impairment. Nursing mothers. |
| Precautions |
|
Drug abusers. Elderly. Debilitated. Head injury. GI or urinary obstruction. Acute abdomen. Pregnancy (Cat.C). |

Potentiates alcohol, CNS depressants. |

Respiratory depression, abuse potential, sedation, drowsiness, GI disturbances, hypertension, orthostatic hypotension, palpitations, urinary retention, blurred vision, anxiety. |
