Nasal congestion, cough, pain, sore throat, fever. |

<2yrs: do not use. 2–5yrs: individualize. 6–11yrs: 10mL. Repeat every 4 hours as needed; max 5 doses/24hrs. |

20mL every 4 hours; max 5 doses/24hrs. |
| Contraindications |
|
Children <2yrs old. Within 14 days of MAOIs. Concomitant other acetaminophen products. |
| Precautions |
|
Liver disease. Cardiovascular disease. Hypertension. Thyroid disease. Diabetes. GI or GU obstruction. Glaucoma. Asthma. Lower respiratory disorders. |
| Interactions |
|
See Contraindications. Increased risk of liver damage with ≥3 alcoholic drinks/day. Hypertensive crisis with MAOIs. β-blockers may increase the pressor effects of sympathomimetics. Other CNS depressants potentiated. Antihypertensives antagonized. |

Drowsiness, anticholinergic effects, nervousness, dizziness, insomnia, excitability in children. |
