<6yrs: not recommended. 6–11yrs: ½–1 tab every 12 hours. |

| Contraindications |
|
Within 14 days of MAOIs. Severe hypertension. Peripheral vascular insufficiency. Asthma. Lower respiratory disorders. |
| Precautions |
|
Hypertension. Cardiovascular disease. Hyperthyroidism. Diabetes. Narrow-angle glaucoma. Peptic ulcer. GI or GU obstruction. Elderly. Labor & delivery. Pregnancy (Cat.C). Nursing mothers: not recommended. |

Hypertensive crisis with MAOIs. Additive CNS effects with alcohol, other CNS depressants. |

Drowsiness, anticholingeric effects, nervousness, dizziness, insomnia, excitability in children. |
