|
Active liver disease. Transaminase level ≥3xULN. |
| Precautions |
|
Not for primary treatment of acute attacks. Evaluate liver function before initiation of and during therapy (discontinue if signs of liver disease occur). History of liver disease. Alcohol consumption. Pregnancy (Cat.C). Nursing mothers: not recommended. |
| Interactions |
|
Potentiates theophylline (reduce dose of theophylline by about ½). Potentiates warfarin, propranolol (possibly other β-blockers). Monitor CYP3A4 substrates. |
| Adverse Reactions |

Headache, dyspepsia, sinusitis, pharyngolaryngeal pain, nausea, asthenia, myalgia, others. |
