2–3 inh every 3–4 hrs; max 12 inh daily. |

|
Arrhythmias associated with tachycardia. |
| Precautions |
|
Avoid excessive use. Hypertension. Cardiovascular disease. CHF. Hyperthyroidism. Diabetes. Seizure disorders. Pregnancy (Cat.C). Nursing mothers. |
| Interactions |
|
Avoid other aerosol β-agonists. Potentiated by sympathomimetics, tricyclics, MAOIs. |
| Adverse Reactions |
|
Tachycardia, nervousness, tremor, headache, dizziness, GI upset, hypertension, paradoxical bronchospasm, cough, bad taste. |
