| Adults |
|
Tension: 1–2 caps every 4 hrs; max 8 caps/day. Migraine: 2 caps at once, then 1 cap every hour until relieved; max 5 caps/12 hours. |
| Contraindications |
|
Glaucoma. Severe renal, hepatic, hypertensive, or cardiac disease. Concomitant MAOIs. |
| Precautions |
|
Hypertension. Peripheral vascular disease. Recent MI. |
| Interactions |
|
Hypertensive crisis with MAOIs. |
