Urogenital symptoms associated with postmenopausal atrophy of the vagina and/or the lower urinary tract. |

|
Insert 1 ring high into vagina. Replace after 90 days. |
| Contraindications |
|
Breast or estrogen-dependent carcinoma. Undiagnosed abnormal vaginal bleeding. Pregnancy (Cat.X). |
| Precautions |
|
Impaired liver function. Vaginal stenosis, narrowing, prolapse or infections increase risk of irritation and ulceration. Do initial complete physical and repeat every 6–12 months (include BP, PAP smear, mammogram). Monitor blood. Nursing mothers: not recommended. |
| Interactions |
|
Remove while treating vaginal infections and during treatment with other vaginally-administered preparations. |
| Adverse Reactions |
|
Headache, leukorrhea, back or skeletal pain, upper respiratory effects, UTI, vaginitis; vaginal discomfort, pain, or hemorrhage; arthritis, arthralgia, insomnia, abdominal pain, local infection, flu-like symptoms, nausea, hot flushes, others. |
