If fluoride <0.3ppm: 6 mos–3 yrs: 0.25mg daily; 3–6 yrs: 0.5mg daily; 6–16 yrs: 1mg daily. If fluoride 0.3–0.6ppm: 3–6 yrs: 0.25mg daily; 6–16 yrs: 0.5mg daily. |
