Hormone receptor positive metastatic breast cancer in postmenopausal women with disease progression following antiestrogen therapy. |

|
Give by IM inj into buttocks. 250mg once per month. May give as one 5mL injection or as two 2.5mL injections given concurrently. |
| Contraindications |
|
Pregnancy (Cat.D); exclude pregnancy before starting. |
| Precautions |
|
Moderate to severe hepatic impairment. Nursing mothers: not recommended. |
| Adverse Reactions |
|
GI disturbances, asthenia, pain (eg, back, pelvic, headache, inj site), hot flushes, pharyngitis, dyspnea. |
