| Indications |
|
Prevention of acute nausea and vomiting due to initial and repeat courses of moderately and highly emetogenic chemotherapy. Prevention of delayed nausea and vomiting due to initial and repeat courses of moderately emetogenic chemotherapy. Prevention of post-op nausea and vomiting for up to 24hrs after surgery. |

<18yrs: not recommended. |
| Adults |
|
≥18yrs: give 30 minutes prior to chemotherapy. 0.25mg IV over 30 seconds; max 1 dose/week. Post-op: give immediately before anesthesia induction. 0.075mg IV over 10 seconds. |

Pregnancy (Cat.B). Labor & delivery. Nursing mothers: not recommended. |

|
Headache, constipation, fatigue, GI disturbances, dizziness, tachycardia, bradycardia, hypotension, QT prolongation. |
