Replacement therapy in exocrine pancreatic enzyme deficiency. |
| Adults and Children |
|
Do not crush or chew; may sprinkle contents on small amount soft food (not dairy products). <12months: 2000–4000 lipase Units per 120mL formula or per breast feeding. 1–4yrs: initially 1000 lipase Units/kg per meal; max 2500 lipase Units/kg per meal. >4yrs: initially 400 lipase Units/kg per meal; max 2500 lipase Units/kg per meal. |
