Sulfasalazine or aspirin allergy. Renal dysfunction (monitor). Asthma. May stain clothes. Elderly. Pregnancy (Cat.B). Nursing mothers. |
| Adverse Reactions |
|
Acute intolerance syndrome (discontinue if occurs), dizziness, rectal pain, fever, rash, acne, hair loss, nephrotoxicity, pancreatitis; rare: pancolitis, pericarditis. |
