History of mechanical GI obstruction. |
| Precautions |
|
Reevaluate periodically. Severe diarrhea: not recommended. Renal or hepatic impairment. Pregnancy (Cat.C): exclude pregnancy before starting; maintain effective contraception during therapy. Nursing mothers: not recommended. |
| Adverse Reactions |
|
Nausea, headache, diarrhea (suspend therapy if occurs), abdominal pain, abdominal distension, flatulence, dyspnea, vomiting, syncope, asthenia, others. |
