| Indications |
|
Suscepible infections of external auditory canal, mastoidectomy, fenestration cavities. |
| Children |
|
Clean ear. 4 drops (using dropper) in ear(s) 3–4 times daily; max 10 days. |
| Adults |
|
Clean ear. 5 drops (using dropper) in ear(s) 3–4 times daily; max 10 days. |
| Contraindications |
|
Cutaneous viral infections in ear (eg, herpes simplex, vaccinia, varicella zoster virus). |
| Precautions |
|
Perforated eardrum. Chronic otitis media. Asthma (soln). Reevaluate if no improvement in 1 week. Pregnancy (Cat.C). Nursing mothers. |

|
Local reactions, contact dermatitis, oto- or nephrotoxicity in prolonged use, superinfection. |
