Allergic and vasomotor rhinitis, conjunctivitis, pruritus. |
| Children |
|
<2yrs: not recommended. 2–5yrs: 1mg. 6–11yrs: 2mg. Both: every 4–6 hrs. |
| Adults |

4mg every 4–6 hrs. |
| Contraindications |
|
Asthma and lower respiratory disorders. Neonates. Premature infants. 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Nursing mothers. |
| Precautions |
|
Glaucoma. GI or urinary obstruction. Hyperthyroidism. Hypertension. Cardiovascular disease. Children. Elderly. Pregnancy. |

|
Potentiates CNS depression with alcohol, other CNS depressants. |

Anticholinergic effects, drowsiness, dizziness, gastritis, paradoxical excitement, blood dyscrasias. |
